For having successful of team work, the teamwork members of THT have to:
Understands the goals of THT and is committed to attaining to this goal. This clear direction and agreement and being directed by mission and vision of organization is essential for effective teamwork.
This team clarity is reinforced when the organization has clear expectations for the team’s work, goals, accountability, and outcomes.
The THT team work has to create a favorable environment in which people with disabilities are comfortable taking reasonable risks in communicating, advocating positions, and taking action. Team members trust each other even within the beneficiaries of organization in term of planting and producing good seeds among the community members to change their mindsets in promoting the rights of persons with disabilities.

Principal keys directing team work of THT
For achieving to the success of our team work we have to have:
Good communication, honest and respectful. People feel free to express their thoughts, opinions, and potential solutions to problems. People with disability feel as if they are heard out and listened to by team members who are attempting to understand. Team members ask questions for clarity and spend their thought time listening deeply rather than forming rebuttals while their coworker is speaking.
THT team work members have a strong sense of belonging to the group. They experience a deep commitment to the group’s decisions and actions realization for the benefits of person with disabilities. This sense of belonging in group is enhanced and reinforced when the team spends the time to develop team norms or relationship guidelines together for the benefit of person with disabilities.
THT team work members have to be/work as unique people with irreplaceable experiences, points of view, knowledge, and opinions to contribute in promotion of the rights of persons with disabilities in our community. After all, the purpose for forming a team is to take advantage of the differences people particularly them with disabilities.
Cooperation national/ international level, Creativity, innovation, advocacy are expected and encouraged, Comments such as, “we already tried that and we have realized different things, continuously improve its processes, practices, and the interaction of THT team members. The team openly discusses and what may be hindering their disabilities problems to move forward and progress in areas of effort, talent, and strategy to get a speech in whole community.
Team work has to agree upon procedures for diagnosing, analyzing, and resolving team work problems and conflicts. The team does not support member personality conflicts and clashes nor do team members pick sides in a disagreement. Rather, members work towards mutual resolution even among the beneficiaries.
Participation in leadership in leading meetings, assigning tasks, recording decisions and commitments, assessing progress, holding team members accountable, and providing direction for the team
Working for organization not for personal profit and have the support and commitment of working for the benefits of all person with disabilities in promoting their rights in community.
